Creative Commons Ebooks
	Let the World Enjoy Free Quality Ebooks

The goal of this website is to publish free quality ebooks, especially textbooks. All books published on this site must be released under the Creative Commons by Share Alike (CC-by-SA) license. This license allows anyone to modify its contents with the condition that the modified version must also allow other authors to modify. Since every author is likely to keep "good stuff" and contribute more good stuff, a CC-by-SA book will become better and better. Our system is designed to help the community write the best and free books.

You may contribute your knowledge in the following ways:

1. Start a new title with most contents written by yourself.
2. Start a new title with most contents from the public domain or CC-by-SA works.
3. Start a new title which is translated from one language to another.
4. Edit page contents, either on book subjects or technical stuff (XHTML, LaTex).
5. Make comments or suggestions.

We shall use the standard EPUB format for free download and Web Books for reader's comments. Each author has total control over the contents of his or her own version of a book. It is entirely up to the author whether to use other member's contributions or not.

We feel that we can offer free quality ebooks from the Free Ebooks section of web-books.com. There is no need to launch a new website. This site will be closed by the end of 2009. Thank you for visiting.
